Bonnie K. Paur, B.A., NASM-CPT, ACE-CPT, PN1

Clinical Instructor

Bonnie Paur is currently a Health Performance Coach for a leading concierge age management practice and is a Clinical Instructor with a primary focus on Nutrition and Weight Management for The Foundation for Healthy Aging in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In her role as Health Performance Coach, she conducts diagnostics including body composition and bone density screenings, carotid ultrasounds and postural/alignment/functional movement assessments; performs fitness assessments including strength, flexibility and cardiopulmonary testing; counsels patients regarding age management-and goal-specific nutrition programs for optimizing health and body composition; and designs exercise programs specific to the age management patient.

As a Clinical Instructor, she educates future age-management physicians in the fundamentals of low-glycemic nutrition and nutritional coaching as they apply to the age management patient.

Bonnie holds a B.A. in Speech Communication and is certified as a personal trainer through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise, and as a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Her practical experience includes eight years of competitive bodybuilding, a 2nd-degree black belt from the World Tae Kwon Do Federation, years of yoga practice and a lifelong involvement in equestrian sports.
