Kevin M. Finnegan, M.S.

Clinical Instructor

Mr. Kevin Finnegan currently holds the position of Senior Medical Consultant where he supports integrative and functional medicine practitioners in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana to identify modalities of treatment through dietary supplementation. Kevin also is the Managing Director and President of Abilus Consulting LLC which oversees a team of Functional Medicine Consultants across the Midwest that work alongside practitioners to create strategic growth programs for their businesses.

Prior to medical consulting, Kevin held the position of Director of Product Formulations for a global healthcare company where he worked as a scientific advisor for the development of new and innovative nutraceuticals. He focuses on reviewing research related to dietary supplementation and nutrient augmentation, that concentrate on human performance and preventive medicine.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Arizona where he participated in research involving various methods in body composition analysis and exercise physiology. He received his Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he taught courses in Physical Activity and Aging for the Kinesiology Department and assisted in conducting research in the human performance laboratory. Kevin has worked and been involved in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and continues to enjoy researching and expanding the potential of human performance.
